We recently used HarmonAire to install three Mitsubishi ductless heat pump systems — two in our newly finished basement and one in our living room — and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Harmonaire installed ductless heating and AC for our 1st floor home, and the experience was one of the best I've had with contractors. I cannot say enough good things about Tom, the company owner, and the person that first explained everything to us. I personally do not understand anything with heating/cooling, details regarding home systems, etc. However, after the nightmare we faced this winter with our baseboard heating system (multiple frozen pipes, no heat, flooding, etc.). Tom was patient with me; boy I had a lot of questions. It's a big decision and investment for our family, after all. He explained everything, sometimes multiple times, always respectful and kind. He answers texts and his staff answers e-mails promptly. Everything is on paper, in details. These things matter for me, a lot of the experience of doing these home projects, whether it's a pleasant or stressful encounter, depends on customer service. Harmonaire is #1 in my book. Now lastly, the units and product review, I've never felt more comfortable, at least temperature-wise. Baseboard heating never provided adequate heating. Now, every room is controlled by it's own unit, I can adjust settings with remote or on the Mitsubishi app. Very simple to use. We can have a different heat setting in each room, which can be very nice for family members in different parts of the home. These units are very energy efficient as well. Bottom line, if you are thinking about upgrading your home's heating/cooling, this is the best option out there. You won't be disappointed.

We had HarmonAire install a whole house system (Heat/AC) for us and were completely happy with everything... from the initial consultation with Tom to the end product. The crew showed up on time and got right to it. They were neat (put drop cloths down on floors and stairs) and cleaned up completely afterwards. The guys were pleasant and open to questions about installation, and helpful to show us how all the units operate at the end. We would highly recommend this company.

Tom was extremely insightful and informed me of many heating methods as well as provided recommendations that best fit my specific case. We recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump with 4 indoor units installed by HarmonAire, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The four-man team arrived promptly at 8 AM as promised, and from the moment they walked in, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The crew was polite, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by taking the time to befriend our two dogs, making sure they were comfortable and safe throughout the day. They were very conscientious about not letting the dogs escape while doors were being opened and closed during the installation. To manage the dust that naturally comes with an installation, they carefully laid down drop cloths from the front door to each spot where the inverter units were being installed. They even vacuumed as they worked, ensuring our home stayed clean. Throughout the day, the team kept us informed about the progress, which really helped put our minds at ease. They wrapped up the installation around 4 PM, and before leaving, they took the time to walk us through the features of the new heat pump, ensuring we felt comfortable with its operation. Great value From start to finish, this was a top-notch experience. The salesman was also fantastic--knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We have used Harmonaire twice now and keep going back! First we did our main floor with two ductless units and then our basement. We are now pricing out our units for upstairs. The team is great to work with and job is always done to perfection! They work with you to figure out exactly what unit you need and work within your budget! Can’t recommend a better company!

I am beyond pleased with the quality and service of HarmonAire. I first called them when I lost my heat and Tom and his team came to the rescue to replace it with a new unit. I was so pleased with the heating unit and servicing that when my central air died once again he had a solution.
