From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It cools and heats the house quickly and keeps every room comfortable. What impressed me the most is how unbelievably quiet it is. The indoor units are virtually silent, and even the outdoor unit is so quiet that you hardly know it’s running. Excellent company and would recommend them to anyone. We were put at ease by the very first meeting with the owner Tom who explained the options available, along with the pros and cons of each. Developing a plan that best suited our home. The installation crew of Edwin, Ricardo, Matt, and Rene were awesome. Neat and tidy plus explained what they were doing and worked efficiently. A three day job was finished by their hard work in just under 2 days, they worked diligently to ensure everything was correct and to our liking. Now just waiting on the days of summer to test it out. You wont go wrong by going with them for your hvac system installation. I did intense research on a lot of companies and am I very happy that we went with Tom and his company. Office staff as well, very polite.

I had an emergency over the weekend where my central air system was blowing hot air and the compressor wasn’t kicking in. I called Tom over at HarmonAire on Saturday, July Fourth in the middle of a heatwave. He responded promptly and offered some troubleshooting instructions. He then came to my house in shorts and a t-shirt as he was technically getting ready for the holiday weekend and just happened to be nearby at his office. He came, he saw, he fixed! Thank goodness for Tom and HarmonAire! Our house was nice and cool in no time. I was so grateful that he came out to help us in our time of need with no air conditioning during a heatwave. I recommend Tom and his team to anyone. Five star service.

We had a great experience with HarmonAire. We spoke to Tom, who sent Dan over to look at our unit in our finished basement that was displaying an error code. Another company came and looked at if for several minutes and tried to sell us a new unit. Dan spent a lot of time trouble shooting the issue and found a coolant leak. He was able to repair the issue and was communicative, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Tom, Dan, and HarmonAire.

Tom and his team installed two Mitsubishi mini splits for us, and they've run flawlessly ever since. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, upfront about pricing, and helped us pick the right sizes and placement for each unit. His crew was punctual, tidy, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. I would like to start off saying that this company deserves more than five stars they came and were able to figure out what was going on with my Mitsubishi ductless mini splits that we’re not working properly let me give you the back story in March of 2026 I was recommended a individual that installed ductless on the side on off hours when he wasn’t working , I decided to go with him , he quoted me a decent price units were installed 30btu outdoor condenser and a 18btu as well as a 12 Btu blowers for inside , I also requested to be able to control the units from my phone at which point the installer stated that I needed wi-Fi modules, and that was an extra cost, which I agreed, the units were installed now the warmer season started and the units were acting up shutting off on there own , not cooling , electronics freezing up , I kept calling the installer and it was a guessing game for a very long time and the issue wasn’t corrected . Finally the installer stated that he didn’t want to work on the units anymore and bailed on his one year warranty of labor he promised me . I searched the web for diamond certified Mitsubishi installers they came across this company Harmonaire . I gave them a call left a message and they returned my call a few hours later. I spoke to them. I told him my situation. And they didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge when it came to my house. They were very professional and clean every time they walked into the house they put on shoe covers, and they were very knowledgeable in regards to the system right from the start .they were questioning Why did they put in the Wi-Fi modules when the inside has units already had Wi-Fi capabilities so it was determined that the modules were creating a communication issue and that was what was confusing the systems and not making them work Tom the owner also explained to me that the outside 30,000 BTU condenser was way too big and it was an improper equipment purchase and that the units will only work as well as they can now with what I had, I also expressed a couple other concerns and tom the owner assured me I didn’t have to spend the money on what I wanted done that what I was questioning was done properly . We all know any other company would of taken my money . Tom the owner stayed in touch with me checking in how the systems were working . Lesson learned always go with the pros especially like a company like Harmonaire so these mistakes do happen . Thank you again to this great company
