Excellent company and would recommend them to anyone. We were put at ease by the very first meeting with the owner Tom who explained the options available, along with the pros and cons of each. Developing a plan that best suited our home. The installation crew of Edwin, Ricardo, Matt, and Rene were awesome. Neat and tidy plus explained what they were doing and worked efficiently. A three day job was finished by their hard work in just under 2 days, they worked diligently to ensure everything was correct and to our liking. Now just waiting on the days of summer to test it out. You wont go wrong by going with them for your hvac system installation. I did intense research on a lot of companies and am I very happy that we went with Tom and his company. Office staff as well, very polite.

I had a new installation American Standard cental a/c installation done by HarmonAire. These guys were the best. Renee the installion manager came to my house for estimate and he was so thorough and went over everything with detail. He listened to everything I told him, my concerns and what I was looking for in a central a/c system. He even went over where he was putting vent in each room. Tom came to go over everything before installation day about rebate and how the a/c system worked. Tom is such a easy guy to work with. Tom fit my installation in right away with no hesitation. The four installers were terrific, professional, clean, kind, courteous and work so hard to get my American standard central a/c system done in 3 days. Of course Renee installer manager was right there the whole time just like he told me working with his 3 installers. Everything Renee told me from the day of estimate was exactly what happened at installation. I couldnt have ask for such a great experience. Everything went so smooth. Great price!! I recently had my HVAC system serviced by HarmonAire, and I'm genuinely impressed with the experience. April is a busy month for HVAC companies with the changing weather, so I expected scheduling to be difficult; however, that wasn't the case here., as they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and the urgency of my situation. When I was comparing providers, I specifically looked for transparency in fees and service contracts. While HarmonAire wasn't the least expensive option upfront, they were by far the most clear and straightforward, which ultimately made the difference for me, and it later turned out that they were the most reasonably priced. The team who handled scheduling was incredibly helpful and understanding of my time constraints. I needed an appointment quickly to check my condenser line before an upcoming roof installation, and they were able to fit me in within just one day. My technician, Riccardo, arrived fully aware of my situation and immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and expertise. Riccardo took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. He carefully tested and cleaned each unit, checked temperatures and drainage, and made sure all components were functioning properly. He also cleaned the outdoor condenser and confirmed that all lines were clear, addressing my main concern ahead of the roof work. What stood out most was Riccardo's transparency. He clearly explained when additional fees might apply, and just as importantly, when they didn't, because my system was already in good condition. His honesty, attention to detail, intelligent observations and respect for my home were exceptional. Overall, HarmonAire demonstrated a high level of integrity and professionalism. In the end, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other providers, especially given their transparency and quality of service. I'll definitely be using them for all my future HVAC needs and I enthusiastically recommend this HVAC provider.

We had Mitsubishi mini-splits installed and Matthew and Renne (hopefully spelled his name right) did a fantastic job! They did extremely tight, clean duct work and it looks seamless on the house. They were super polite, responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. The owner Tom also worked with us to make sure the project fit our budget and made the whole process smooth with paperwork, permits, explaining the project, the communication, etc. Overall, I'd highly recommend using them!

I am not one to write reviews and only after doing business with HarmonAire I decided to write this review. I have been a customer of HarmonAire for many years and have used them for my annual start up service. Each year Dan Sayer has come to my home and done an outstanding job servicing my two units which takes him approximately 3 hours and includes Dan climbing into my attics to service both air handlers. This year was my first time calling HarmonAire for a service call. I called the office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Thursday because one of my outside condensers was making a very loud noise and the motor was extremely hot to the touch and not moving. I was told to immediately shut down the system and that Dan would arrive at my house between 4:30-5:30 pm. Dan arrived, as promised, and did his diagnostic work which helped him make a final determination that it was, in fact, the condenser fan motor. I received a follow-up call from the office on Friday telling me that they were sourcing the fan motor and would get back to me as soon as they receive the part. Today is Saturday and I received a call from Tom, the owner, at 9:00 am to let me know that they have the part and would like to come install it today. Joe pulled up at exactly 11:24 am and did the repair in 90 minutes successfully getting my unit back up and running. It was a job well done. I would highly recommend HarmonAire without any hesitation.
